Festival Beauty Essentials

Hey guys! Sorry I've had a few weeks absent, but these things happen, the weeks just go by so quick and I'm trying to make the most of the sun with my bestest friends whilst they're back from uni!

For those of you who are going to a festival I am SO jealous, I went to Leeds Fest a few years back and loved every minute of it! When you're at a festival, the last thing you want to do is spend ages putting make-up on only for it to be sweated and spilled off throughout the day! All the products above can be applied using only your hands so no brushes will be 100% lost or damaged throughout the weekend!

A BB cream is perfect for a festival, although it is light coverage it usually has a primer and moisturiser in too. I have here Rimmel BB Cream, which is so easy to slap on with your fingers, gives enough coverage and lasts pretty much all day. This also mattifys so a powder isn't necessary. Still on the face, I have chosen Illamasqua Cream Pigment in 'Hollow' which is a perfect light contour, which can also be used as a cream shadow, and a brow colour (maybe 1 brush will be needed.... oops). And to finish off the skin, Topshop Cream blush in 'Head over Heels' which is a gorgeous coral cream to powder blush which can also be blended with fingers! For the eyes Maybelline Colour Tattoo wins hands down, in the shade 'On and On Bronze'. Again, really quick and easy to apply with your finger and gives great results! If you're really brave they do some boss metallic colours in the range too, and to finish off Maybelline Rocket Mascara is absolutly brilliant for full, thick volumous lashes instantly! Last but not least, for the lips I have popped in the Lime Crime Velvetine in 'Suedeberry' as this just does not budge from your lips alllll day! To make the look last maybe pack a sample size of your favourite setting spray. 

Dry shampoo and deodorant is a MUST for me at a festival. Anything that makes you feel fresh is just such a treat whilst you're there! And also, this summer in England is actually hot, and you can buy little travel size sun creams now so you have NO excuse to get burnt and if it happens, it'll probably ruin your time there!
